Title: Appointing
Chief Financial Officer
WHEREAS, as per the Borough Code
Chapter 51, Article VIII the
position of Chief Financial Officer has been created; and
WHEREAS, Catherine S. Henderson is a
Certified Municipal Finance Officer (O-0568) and has agreed to fulfill the
responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, the
Borough Council hereby appoints Catherine S. Henderson as Chief Financial Officer
effective December 1, 2009.
