to Operate a Limousine Service
WHEREAS, Hrair
Astourian, DBA, Virava
Holding Co., 9 Rawson Court has made application for the operation of a
limousine service within the Borough of Hillsdale; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Astourian
has submitted proof of insurance and a Special Power of Attorney to the Borough
Clerk as required by Ordinance 86-18; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, by
the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale that consent is hereby given
for the operation of a limousine service, one vehicle, by Virava
Holding Inc., to be operated at
