RESOLUTION

Title: Authorize
Agreement with Crossing Guard Association
WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale
entered into negotiations with the Crossing Guard Association; and
WHEREAS, after negotiations, terms
and conditions of employment of members have been reached amending the current
contract expiring December 31, 2008, and establishing and extending terms and
conditions of employment through December 31, 2011; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that
the Borough Council hereby approves the Agreement between the Borough and the
Crossing Guard Association for the aforesaid period.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Borough
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of
the Borough of Hillsdale.
