Title:
Authorizing an Interlocal Agreement with Old Tappan
for Senior Van
WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale
wishes to enter into an agreement with the Borough of Old Tappan to lease a 14
passenger van to provide transportation to seniors and other similar services;
and
WHEREAS, the term of this agreement
shall be from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009 at the agreed upon rate of $675.00 per month; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that
the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement with Old Tappan in
the form annexed hereto.
