RESOLUTION

Title: Authorize Redemption of Tax Sale Certificate

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale held their Tax Sale on October 3, 2007, a lien was sold on Block 1512 , Lot 2, known as 187 Raymond Street for 2007 delinquent taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, the Tax Title Lien Certificate # 07-0003 was sold to Protective Investment Corp. c/o Altor Abstract Company, Inc. for 0% redemption fee and a $59,100.00 premium; and

 

WHEREAS, Russell Huntington, Attorney for the new owner, has effected redemption of the Certificate # 07-0003 in the amount of $25,609.68; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Treasurer be authorized to issue a check in the amount of $25,609.68 payable to Protective Investment Corp. c/o Altor Abstract Company, Inc., 145 North Franklin Street, Ramsey, NJ 07446.
