RESOLUTION

Title: Appoint
Borough Administrator as Commissioner, Liaison and/or Representative to theVarious Insurance and Financial Services.
WHEREAS, the Borough is a
participant with the Bergen County Joint Insurance Fund, Bergen Risk Managers,
Lincoln Financial, Nationwide, and Valic; and
WHEREAS, it is in the Borough’s best
interest to have the Borough Administrator oversee and interact with the various
funds and services affecting the Borough and Borough employees; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, the
Mayor and Council hereby appoint the Borough Administrator, Victor M. Polce as
the Borough representative to the Bergen County Joint Insurance Fund, the
Bergen Municipal Employee Benefit Fund (BMed),
Lincoln Financial, Nationwide and Valic.
