RESOLVED, that
United Water New Jersey , Inc. is hereby requested to erect a fire hydrant at
the following designated place, to be used for fire purposes only, in
accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Company, and its rates as set
forth in its Schedule of Rates filed with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities
in Newark, NJ
