RESOLUTION

Title: Award Grass Cutting Contract in Public Places

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale advertised for sealed bids for Grass Cutting in Public Places pursuant to specifications issued February 2009; and

 

WHEREAS, the Borough Council has reviewed the proposals received in response to said advertisement; and

 

WHEREAS, THE Borough Treasurer has filed the certification required by the procedural resolution adopted by the Local Finance Board pursuant to R.S. 52:27BB-10 to the Borough Council;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale as follows:

1.      The lowest responsible bidder for Grass Cutting in Public Places as set forth in bid specifications is: 

 

 

 

 

            Year One: $                

Year Two: (2010) subject to Budget Adoption and Borough Finance Officer certification.

 

            2. Based upon the annexed certification of availability of funds, it is hereby determined that the funds required for the hereinafter authorized contract for Grass Cutting in Public Places are available in the 2009 Budget and that there shall remain under said appropriation a sufficient balance to pay for the expenditure hereby authorized.

 

            3. The Borough reserves the right to omit, increase or decrease any items within the scope of the contract.
