RESOLUTION

Title: Appointing Temporary Chief Financial Officer

 

WHEREAS, Harold Karns has retired as Chief Financial Officer effective February 27, 2009; and

 

WHEREAS, as per N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.10 and the Borough Code Chapter 51, Article VIII the position of Chief Financial Officer has been created; and

 

WHEREAS, as per N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.13.f , the governing body may appoint Temporary Chief Financial Officer for a period not to exceed one year; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Borough Council hereby appoints Victor M. Polce as Temporary Chief Financial Officer effective March 2, 2009.
