RESOLUTION

Title: Community Development Representative

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale has entered into a 3-year Cooperative Agreement with the County of Bergen, Community Development Block Grant Program; and

 

WHEREAS, under Section a-1.b. of said Agreement, there is the establishment of Committees consisting of two representatives from each participating municipality; and

 

WHEREAS, Harold Karns as the current governing body Alternate CD Committee Member is retiring effective February 27,2009; and

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the governing body hereby appoints:

Victor M. Polce as Alternate CD Committee Member for the remainder of the term, June 30, 2009;

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale that two certified copies of this resolution be forwarded to the County of Bergen, Community Development, One Bergen County Plaza, 4th Floor, Hackensack, NJ 07601.
