Title: Appointing
Deputy Municipal Clerk
WHEREAS, as per N.J.S.A. 40A:9-135
the Borough of Hillsdale is authorized to appoint a Deputy Municipal Clerk; and
WHEREAS, in the absence of the
Municipal Clerk, the Deputy shall have all the powers of the Municipal Clerk
and shall perform the functions and duties of the office; and
WHEREAS, the Deputy is not covered by
laws pertaining to tenure or salary, wages and compensation for Municipal
Clerks; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, by
the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hillsdale that effective March 3, 2009,
Victor M. Polce is hereby appointed as Deputy Municipal Clerk in the Borough of
Hillsdale.
