BE IT RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the Borough of Hillsdale that the following named Councilmember be appointed to serve as Liaison Member of the Borough Council in the designated capacity and for the term of office as set forth pursuant to N.J.A.C. 10:25-2.2.
