2008 LOSAP Compensation Payment
WHEREAS, William Tuffy,
a Hillsdale resident and active emergency volunteer, was called to active US
Navy Reserve duty in
WHEREAS, being otherwise entitled to
a credit through the Hillsdale LOSAP program for 2008 in the amount of
$1,368.00; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council do not
desire Mr. Tuffy to forfeit his LOSAP compensation
for 2008 because he was serving our country; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that
William Tuffy receive compensation for his 2008 LOSAP award in the amount of
$1,368.00, effective immediately.
