RESOLUTION

Title: Appointing Acting Tax Collector

 

WHEREAS, Marilyn Feigle, the Hillsdale Tax Collector, retired on February 23, 2010; and

 

WHEREAS, it is in Hillsdale’s best interest to appoint an interim Tax Collector; and

 

            WHEREAS, Hillsdale’s Chief Financial Officer, Catherine Hendersen, is certified as a Tax Collector (License # T-508); and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,  that the Mayor and Council hereby appoint Catherine Hendersen as the interim Tax Collector for the Borough of Hillsdale effective February 24, 2010.
