RESOLUTION

Title: Developers Agreement Release of Maintenance Guarantee for Block 1612, Lot 1 & 2, Kinderkamack Road & St. Nicholas Avenue.

 

WHEREAS, Pascack Hills Properties entered into a Developers Agreement with the Borough of Hillsdale for a major site plan application; and

 

WHEREAS, the Borough Engineers office has conducted final inspections and recommends the release of the Performance Guarantee; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hillsdale authorize the release of the Maintenance Guarantee in the amount of $4,030.00.
