Title: Appointing
Local Registrar
WHEREAS, as per N.J.S.A. 26:8-11 et
seq. the position of Local Registrar has been created; and
WHEREAS, Patricia Gioe has been
certified as Registrar and has agreed to fulfill the responsibilities as the
Hillsdale Registrar; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, the
Borough Council hereby appoints Patricia Gioe as Registrar effective May 1,
2010 for a three year term ending April 30, 2013.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Borough Clerk is
hereby authorized to send a certified copy of this resolution to the State
Registrar’s Office.
