RESOLUTION

Title: Snow Plowing Agreement with Bergen County for 2010/2012

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale Department of Public Works has the necessary equipment to assist the County of Bergen with snow plowing services on designated County roads; and

 

WHEREAS, the Hillsdale Superintendent of Public Works will have complete supervision of the snow plowing operations; and

 

WHEREAS, Bergen County shall compensate the Borough of Hillsdale for snow plowing operations on County roads according to the rate schedule attached and made part of this agreement; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hillsdale hereby authorize an agreement to provide snow plowing services on Bergen County roads in the Borough of Hillsdale for the 2010-2012 snow seasons.
