RESOLUTION

Title: Authorize Redemption of Tax Sale Certificate

 

WHEREAS, the Borough of Hillsdale held their Tax Sale on October 16, 2008, a lien was sold on Block 1802 , Lot 6, known as 68 Maplewood Avenue for 2007 delinquent taxes; and

 

WHEREAS, the Tax Title Lien Certificate # 08-0001 was sold to B & B Realty Associates for 0% redemption fee and a $26,500.00 premium; and

 

WHEREAS, the property of the Estate of Henry Sahnleiter was sold.  Judith Reilly, Attorney  has effected redemption of the Certificate # 08-0001 in the amount of $28,050.29; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Treasurer be authorized to issue a check in the amount of $28,050.29 payable to B & B Realty Associates, P.O. Box 196, Hawthorne, NJ for the redemption of this certificate.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Treasurer is authorized to issue a check in the amount of $26,500.00 (Premium) to the aforementioned lien holder.
