RESOLUTION

Title: Approve Refund for Tax Overpayment

 

WHEREAS, as a result of refinancing duplicate tax payments were made by American Universal Insurance, LLC and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for the year 2009; and

 

WHEREAS, said duplicate tax payment is as follows:

 

Morris & Linda Morin, 40 Crestwood Place, Block 601, Lot 16 for $4,309.00

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council hereby authorize the Tax Collector to refund $4,309.00 to the homeowner, Morris and Linda Morin, 40 Crestwood Place, Hillsdale as per Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
