RESOLUTION

Title: Developers Agreement, V & R Developers, Block 1101, Lots 6 & 7

WHEREAS, the Hillsdale Planning Board, in September 2009, approved the application presented by V & R Developers, Inc. with respect to Block 1101, Lots 6 & 7; and

WHEREAS, the applicant shall enter into a Developer’s Agreement with the Borough of Hillsdale to ensure compliance with the terms of the Planning Board Resolution; and

WHEREAS, all requirements to this Developers Agreement have been met; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mayor Max Arnowitz is authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the Borough.
