RESOLUTION

Title: Liquor
License Plenary Retail Distribution Renewal
WHEREAS, liquor license applications
have been filed with the Borough of Hillsdale for renewal of licenses for the
period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011 for the following:
1) 0227-44-003-006 Hillsdale Bottle King, Inc.
WHEREAS, notice
of said applications have been published by the New Jersey State Department of Law and Public Safety Division of
Alcoholic Beverage Control and no objections have been received by the Borough
Clerk to the renewal of said licenses; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that Plenary Retail Distribution licenses for the
year 2010 - 2011 be issued to the aforesaid licensees and that the Borough
Clerk is hereby authorized to sign and deliver said licenses on behalf of the
Borough of Hillsdale.
