Title: Designating Official Signatures

 

WHEREAS, Official Depositories have been authorized at the Borough of Hillsdale Reorganization meeting on January 3, 2010; and

 

WHEREAS, Mayor Max Arnowitz has taken the Oath of Office as Mayor on June 1, 2010; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mayor Max Arnowitz, Borough Administrator Victor Polce and, Borough Clerk Robert P. Sandt are hereby the designated signers on all Borough of Hillsdale checks.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the facsimile signatures of the aforementioned be attached and made part of this document.
