RESOLUTION

Title:  Authorize Refund of Tax Payment, Block 1903, Lot 30

 

WHEREAS, a refinancing resulted in Affinity Title Agency, Inc. and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage making a duplicate payment on the property listed below resulting in an overpayment for the year 2008; and

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hillsdale authorize the Tax Collector to refund to the homeowner the following taxes:

 

Michael Attanasio, 159 Piermont Avenue, Block 1903, Lot 30, $2,346.00
