Title: Release
of Closed/Executive Session Minutes
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council at
regular scheduled meeting or special meeting or emergency meeting may declare
by resolution the need to enter into a Closed or Executive Session; and
WHEREAS, approved minutes from a
Closed or Executive Session are to be maintained and made available to the
public as per N.J.S.A. 10:4-14; and
WHEREAS, Closed or Executive minutes,
dated January 6, 2009; January 13, 2009; February 10, 2009; October 6, 2009;
May 4, 2010 and June 22, 2010, have been previously approved by the Mayor and
Council and now approved by the Borough Attorney for release to the public; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hillsdale hereby permit public disclosure
of the above list of Closed/Executive session minutes.
