Title: Appointing
Local Registrar
WHEREAS, as per N.J.S.A. 26:8-11 et
seq. the position of Local Registrar has been created; and
WHEREAS, Denise Kohan has been
certified as Registrar and has agreed to fulfill the responsibilities as the
Hillsdale Registrar left vacant by Pat Gioe who resigned; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, the
Borough Council hereby appoints Denise Kohan as Registrar for the unexpired
term ending April 30, 2013.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Borough Clerk is
hereby authorized to send a certified copy of this resolution to the State
Registrar’s Office.
