EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

CROSSING GUARDS NEEDED

Applications are now being accepted for School Crossing Guards. You can be an important member of a successful team of individuals committed to the safety of school children in your community.

School Crossing Guards work approximately 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during the regular school year at designated locations in the Borough assisting elementary, middle, and high school students. Starting salary $21.85/hr.

Example Schedule: 7:15am-8:45am 2:15pm-3:45pm

• Times vary by school

• Times are subject to change on ½ day school schedules:

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent..

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be a U.S. citizen and a New Jersey resident.

• Must successfully pass a thorough criminal history and background check.

Valid Driver’s License is required. Paid Training and equipment will be provided.
