Formal action may/may not be taken. \nThe meeting agenda and any relevant documents will be posted on the Borough’s website in advance of the meeting at www.hillsdalenj.org under the “Government/Agendas & Minutes” section.\n \nThe Special Meeting was called pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act.  This meeting is open to the public; subject to the applicable provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act (N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et.
