APRIL 25, 2022 SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
A Special Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hillsdale will be held on Monday, April 25, 2022 beginning at 6:30 pm in the Council Meeting Room, 380 Hillsdale Avenue, Hillsdale, NJ 07642. This meeting can also be viewed on our Public Access Channels through Optimum on Channel 77 and FIOS on Channel 32. In addition, you may also view and participate using the ZOOM Meeting On-line Forum.
The sole purpose of this Special Meeting is for the Governing Body to discuss Redevelopment in the Borough.
The Governing Body may enter into a Closed Session to discuss matters relating to litigation and zoning changes. Formal action may be taken.
The meeting agenda and any relevant documents will be posted on the Borough’s website in advance of the meeting at www.hillsdalenj.org under the “Government/Agendas & Minutes” section.
The Special Meeting was called pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act. This meeting is open to the public; subject to the applicable provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act (N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et. Seq).
Notices of this meeting were emailed and provided to the Ridgewood News, Pascack Press, The Record and Community Life on April 7, 2022. In addition, copies of said notices were posted on the Borough website and filed in the office of the Municipal Clerk on the aforementioned date.
