MAY 23, 2022 SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
A Special Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hillsdale will be held on
Monday, May 23, 2022 beginning at 6:30 pm via the ZOOM PLATFORM ONLY. The sole purpose of this Special Meeting is for the Governing Body to go into Closed Session to Negotiate Contracts for Redevelopment in the Borough. Formal action may/may not be taken.
The meeting agenda and any relevant documents will be posted on the Borough’s website in advance of the meeting at www.hillsdalenj.org under the “Government/Agendas & Minutes” section.
The Special Meeting was called pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act. This meeting is open to the public; subject to the applicable provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act (N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et. Seq).
Notices of this meeting were emailed and provided to the Ridgewood News, Pascack Press, The Record and Community Life on May 16, 2022. In addition, copies of said notices were posted on the Borough website and filed in the office of the Municipal Clerk on the aforementioned date.
