When:BOROUGH OF HILLSDALE COUNTY OF BERGEN SUNSHINE NOTICE SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
A Special Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hillsdale will be held on Friday, November 1, 2024 beginning at 11:00 am on our Zoom Platform Only. The sole purpose of this Special Meeting is for the Governing Body to meet and award a contract for the Centennial Athletic Complex Renovations Project. Formal action may/may not be taken.
The meeting agenda and any relevant documents will be posted on the Borough’s website in advance of the meeting at www.hillsdalenj.org under the “Government/Agendas & Minutes” section.
The Special Meeting was called pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act. This meeting is open to the public; subject to the applicable provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act (N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et. Seq). Notices of this meeting were emailed and provided to the Ridgewood News, Pascack Press, The Record and Community Life on October 29, 2024. In addition, copies of said notices were posted on the Borough website and filed in the office of the Municipal Clerk on the aforementioned date.
