All coaches, regardless of being a head coach or an assistant coach, must follow the safety requirements below.
 
Coaching Safety Requirements:
All Coaches must have the following paperwork completed before coaching.
You must register as a Coach on Community Pass.
Go to: register.communitypass.net/Hillsdale
1. Finger printing (every 3 years) - Click here for form to go online to make appointment
2. Rutgers Safety Certification - to sign up for a class go to https://youthsports.rutgers.edu/courses/list
3. Concussion Certificate - free, online class. Go to: www.cdc.gov/headsup/youthsports/coach.html
4. Code of Conduct (done when register as a Coach on Community Pass)
5. Lightning form (done when register as a Coach on Community Pass)
 
In the busy season of sports the finger printing appointments could take up to 2 weeks, so email early to get this completed before the sports season begins.
 
 

Hillsdale Soccer Association (HSA)

The Hillsdale Soccer Association is an independent sports association that administers the recreational soccer program for grades Pre-K through 8th grade. The season runs from September through November.  In addition, there is also a Spring Pre-K clinic as well as Indoor soccer January through March. Please refer to their website at www.hillsdalesoccer.com for further information. If you have a login for “Sports Engine” (formerly called “SiPlay”), login using your existing credentials. If you are new to the program, click on the “Sign In” button, then “Create an Account” under the login button to create a new account and register.
 

Pascack Lacrosse Association

Pascack Lacrosse is an independent sports program. It is open to boys & girls in grades 2 through 8 from Hillsdale, Montvale, River Vale & Woodcliff Lake. Season runs from March until the end of May. Travel league play versus other programs. Players must have a US Lacrosse membership. Go to www.pascacklax.com to register. Questions? email pascacklax@gmail.com

Pascack Valley Jr. Wrestling

Open to Hillsdale, River Vale Residents and Non-Residents attending St. Johns Academy. Kindergarten to 8th grades. Instructional and Competitive League. Register online for the 2023-24 season at: http://register.communitypass.net/hillsdale. Hillsdale Hoops Association

Hillsdale Hoops is an independent travelling basketball program.  We are not affiliated with the town recreation basketball program.  Our goal is to provide an atmosphere where participants can learn the skills of basketball and the good sportsmanship and team play, in a more competitive environment than recreation.  We offer teams for boys and girls in grades 3-8.  Registration takes place each October.  Tryouts are in late October and the season runs from November - early March.  If you have any questions, please email us at hhaboard@hillsdalehoops.com.  Tryouts have now closed!

 

The Hillsdale Baseball and Softball Association is an independent sports association. HBSA offers: T-Ball (grades Pre-K4 & Kindergarten - boys and girls play together), Baseball - (grades 1 to 9 for boys) and Softball (grades 1 to 9 for girls). *Please note* 9th graders are only eligible if NOT playing Baseball or Softball in High School.   For more information, please email: hbsa2011@gmail.com

Hillsdale Football & Cheerleader Association (HFA)

The Hillsdale Football and Cheer Association is an independent sports association which elects officers, conducts monthly meetings, establishes policy and oversees the registration process. The football and cheer programs are open to children in grades 1-8 who reside in Hillsdale, Montvale and Woodcliff Lake. Pascack Tomahawks (Hockey)

Pascack Tomahawks offer teams to include children from birth years of 2007-2004.  Players of all ability are welcome.  Click here for more information.
